Pressured me multiple times into only being able to buy a property through them if I would use their mortgage brokerage service ~ barely hiding behind the fact this is illegal conditional selling. Surprise surprise: said service is hugely overpriced (circa. £900, where this can be done for free - although they'll get very upset with you for doing so). Multiple attempts to upsell insurance products. Perhaps this is prototypical for all estate agents, but beyond that they are generally slow, disorganised, and myopic in their way of working. I would not use any other agents who are part of the Sequence brand, and I'd advise anyone against using them.Think of a "Vogon" from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy - but less intelligent.
