My application was rejected with a vague statement claiming my information could not be verified, yet no specific explanation, evidence, or opportunity to clarify was provided. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about the fairness and integrity of the vetting process.Even more troubling was the statement that any future accounts would not be approved, effectively issuing a permanent ban without justification or due process. Making such a definitive decision without providing applicants the ability to correct potential errors, verify identity, or understand the concern is both unreasonable and unprofessional.Independent authors and publishers deserve clear communication, transparency, and fair treatment. Denying access without explanation and refusing any possibility of future reconsideration demonstrates a rigid and dismissive process that does not support emerging creators.I strongly urge the organization to reevaluate its verification and communication procedures to ensure they are fair, transparent, and respectful to applicants. No legitimate professional process should permanently exclude individuals without providing clear reasoning or a path for resolution.
