My husband and I have had no hot water overheating for a month now, 2 dip sticks came on monday to see if the tanks had filled up in the loft of which we cannot access, one held the ladder then on his phone the other dip came in said he thinks it might be the cool or the boiler and all he kept going on about the bloody wiring said a gas man would be here on Tuesday to check the boiler, waited in all day no one turned up it's because we own our flat my husband getting over a heart attack me over 70 yrs old PLEASE DONT ASK THE BARNET COUNCIL to come out to do anything a do it yourself as the prats don't do anything
