This company was administering my SIPP with Interactive Investors. It took 35 days to receive my last Sipp payment. Why should this company hold onto my money for such a long time? They kept sending many many secure messages saying that I did not have enough money in my cash account, when my acc stated that the money was cleared and available. They promised to have my money paid by a certain date but it did not happen. I must have made at least 10 or 12 long phone calls trying to get my money paid to no avail. I was not able to speak to Barnett Waddingham direct because my SIPP was with Interactive Investors and you have to go through them with any queries. Totally unsatisfactory!! I expect this company will come up with a lot of excuses as to why this happened but they are extremely sloppy in their administration. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company.
