Most people have to deal with a pension issue once or twice in their adult life. If it's anything like dealing with Barnett-Waddingham, once is enough.The customer service is non-existent. The one phone they have must be in a basement where no-one can hear it ringing. And IF you get to talk to someone, they never do what they say they are going to, and everything takes 4 or 5 emails and calls to force, cajole and beg them to do the job they say they do for a living.I honestly can't imagine a worst organization I've ever dealt with. We have no choice where the companies we work for place our pensions, but for your sake, pray it's not with these people.
