I have received absolutely dreadful service from Barnett Waddingham and would give them zero stars if I could. 6 1/2 months after raising the matter, I still can't access my on line account in Clarity. How difficult can it be? Are their IT people totally incompetent? If they can't even set up an online account, I dread to think how chaotic their other business processes must be. Truly, truly, awful.
