She was kind, incredibly pleasant, and immediately put me at ease while booking my visit. When I arrived, I was met by Chris, who was genuine, compassionate, and patient. I truly cannot say enough good things about him. You can tell these people love animals dearly and genuinely understand the grief of pet owners.In an absolutely heartbreaking situation, I received a truly heart-warming welcome. We had a good chat, and I knew without any doubt that I was leaving my dog, Duke, in the best possible hands.
