I called to enquire about my dad's dog Alfie and they were kind, caring and considerate of our emotions. I took Alfie within a couple of hours to be met by a wonderful lady who made me feel there was no rush and I had all the time in the world. I was advised Alfie would be back with me the following day and he was. They care which was more than we recieved from petsathome who were appalling. I would 100% refer Barnshaw.
