When I was at my very saddest point after saying goodbye to my gorgeous cat Joe,the wonderful Diane from Barnshaw vet crematorium came and looked after his cremation. Everything was so kind and simple and I felt supported through the whole process. meeting such lovely people at a very terrible time has made it the best it could be.
