I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this seller. I placed an order on August 1st, 2025, paying in full for products advertised as available. Over four months later, nothing has been shipped, and I have not received a reliable delivery date. Here’s what happened: After payment, I was told the products were not actually in stock. For months, I received vague and contradictory explanations. The seller admitted they lack a real-time stock system, and even customer service is uninformed. I was pressured into accepting substitutions for items that also turned out to be unavailable. They used 'customs delays' as a generic excuse, but keeping customer funds for months without delivery is unacceptable. When I requested a full refund, it was denied, citing an internal policy that ignores basic consumer rights. I had to open a bank dispute for protection. Shockingly, they refused to ship or refund unless I closed the dispute, asking me to relinquish my only protection. This is unacceptable behavior: selling without confirmed stock, holding funds without delivery, providing misleading information, and refusing refunds after delays. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences ever, with stress, wasted time, and no accountability. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind — DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
