Absolutely negligent It was our first time with Barracuda's and my son come home besides himself. My 5 year old was hit, kicked, bullied and verbally abused by other children and the staff on duty haven't even realised it, nor paid attention. He was called a "donkey poo" by other children in the" class " he was put in and been hurt physically. I'm absolutely and beyond words just how disappointing this camp is towards the little children. There may be many good reviews about the order children's parents but it's absolutely shocking how they don't care and look after the little ones. Barracudas may advertise well , but the service they provided is horrendous. Imagine having this as a first experience for your child, and try to send them a summer camp after this , let alone the premium prices you pay ... Only for your child to be hit and kicked .... ! Absolutely negligent, I can't ever recommend this camp or this company to anyone.
