Instructed Mr Nick Wright for a telephone hearing. I kept getting emails asking for information that was easily located within the paperwork sent. I sent Mr Wright an email which was quite clear, I wanted to be dialled into the telephone hearing and gave the court Mr Wight’s and my number. I was so disappointed when no phone call from the court and Mr Wright emailing me when I asked him when the court might ring that he had the court informed me, Our clerk was informed by your direct access barrister that only they would be attending which is why the court did not dial you into the hearing. I have requested a refund from Mr Wright which he is refusing and have approached my bank to dispute the payment.
