I spent some extended time researching airbrush compressors after starting on Amazon and being disillusioned by the worst of the reviews and the minefield of very similar looking options with little in the information to help distinguish them. I happened upon BartSharp Airbrush both by listings of items in search results and for their FAQ content in the same way, both of which gave more confidence to make an informed decision. I sadly then went back to Amazon to look to replace my existing basic airbrush and ended up returning my purchase and going back to BartSharp (which I should have done in the first place!) and ordering one of their own brand brushes. Alison contacted me by email (at the weekend no less) to highlight a slight difference in spec to the listing and to confirm I was still happy to proceed. I explained my use case and we agreed on an alternative that suited my needs and since it was a couple of pounds cheaper, included some extra quick-release coupler ends to make up the difference which was very helpful.The site has plenty of information and guides both on choosing and using the equipment, very competitively priced and from what I have seen with what I bought, superior quality in their own-brand items at comparable prices compared to the unknown brand 'alternative' which flood the likes of Amazon, and more than adequate for me to advance without spending the big money demanded by the top brands. BartSharp's own line of airbrushes are also used and recommended by a couple of prominent Youtube channels in the model painting sphere carried extra weight to my decision.BartSharp clearly know their stuff, are honest about their products (e.g. some listings explicitly state that certain paints may degrade seals and require changing of o-rings etc) and they clearly care about their customers buying the right things at the right price - Alison's email even said "Wanting to get it right first time for you".Whether you are starting out or experienced and have specific requirements, that is an asset to have which is not always forthcoming, especially with online shopping. Highly recommended, I will certainly be a returning customer.
