The health advisor, Eser, was always available to give advice and answer my questions.The patient coordinator, Victoria, was absolutely brilliant. She arranged my transportation, explained all the documents clearly, and even walked me to every test and scan. She genuinely cared about how I felt before and after surgery, which made a big difference.The nurses on both day and night shifts were amazing — so kind, attentive, and professional. I always felt in good company and very well looked after.Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the care I received at Basari Hospital. Truly brilliant service!
