Very disappointing experience. Special delivery was paid for the order to arrive on a designated date, however, it arrived 7 days earlier when we were away. Unfortunately, nobody we know was nearby to take it in so by the time we returned home it was gone. I contacted Basco customer service for a refund, and after 3 weeks they finally "processed" the refund... 2 weeks later, still no refund and Jo from customer service is rather unhelpful. Please save yourself the trouble and order somewhere else
