I chose a specific day only for the order confirmation to say no date had been selected so it chose a date for me, specifically the one I wanted to avoid. I called to get it changed and was told it was fixed but next day got a message fro DPD confirming delivery on the exact day I had been trying to avoid. Luckily, it was at a time when I was able to receive it otherwise it would have been a nightmare problem with frozen food stuck outside in the sunshine for hours.
