The delivery company let the meat go off. It took 2 months to get a compensation voucher from Basco. Then when we used it they sent us the wrong thing (probably on purpose) and said they couldn't refund anything because a voucher was used. Also every time the delivery company leave the box outside without ringing the bell.Very unimpressed with the delivery and customer service.
