I came across this website whilst looking for recipes for tapas; they were incredible by the way. I came back to it a couple of weeks later and decided to order from them too. We ordered olive oil, suckling pig (boneless), paprika, lentils, wine, gin, 43 and a paella kit. There was a delay in the paella kit being delivered: they’d sold out of the chorizo ring that came with it and we had to find an alternative and, through no fault of theirs, but the couriers, when the suckling pig arrived, it was completely defrosted. A couple of quick calls and an email and it was reissued and arrived perfectly. The meat is for Christmas, but we have eaten the other one, obviously. It was succulent and delicious, with crackling like thin glass! We roasted it off, in chunks in the air fryer. There was enough there for 8 good sized adult portions of meat. We haven’t tried the booze; that’s also for Christmas as is the paella kit. The olive oil is excellent value for money, tastes deliciously peppery, has a beautiful colour and is lovely to cook with, too. The packages were really well wrapped and presented and the after-sales service was second to none. Big shout out to Caitlin for her professionalism and care. We will definitely be ordering again.
