It went wrong!. My order with chilled food was not only delivered to the wrong house number, but also to a the wrong street (thank you dpd). Can't fault Basco, Customer service quickly tried to remedy the problem and when dpd decided not to correct the issue they were happy to initiate a full refund. The full refund was received within a few days.
