Edited after reply: realising that the delivery would not arrive that day was frustrating but I appreciate their customer service was sympathetic and tried to provide the best possible experience and solution given the circumstances. They reacted quick. I raise my rating to reflect that but unfortunately I cannot score them higher as the unintentional misleading info put me under a lot of pressure to find alternatives for my event. I ordered from Bascofinefoods as I had good experience in the past and paid the Priority as it is mentioned at their webpage that is next day delivery except weekends and bank-holiday. I was expecting the shipping to arrive on Monday (normal working day) but I have been told that would not be possible. I am supposedly getting a refund but now I have few hours to come up with an alternative for my evening event. Really disappointed on how they let me down; I had good experience with them in the past.
