I ordered 6kg+ of Galician Rib and Rubia Gallega. Delivery was great, I had reason to call the office and customer service was good. The quality of the meat is below average unfortunately. Galician steaks due to the Age are not as tender as others but these were both very tough which is not ideal. If you are looking to recapture the taste you have enjoyed at a top steak house or in Spain it will not be with these cuts and not compensated by the typical depth of flavour.. In fairness, whilst £50 for 1kg isn’t cheap, it is significantly less than other providers who sell 45 dry aged for almost double (however that is without bone). As always you get what you pay for.
