I've ordered a few things from Basco recently (piquillo peppers, txakolina wine, morcilla, with some Basque cider on its way) and the products have always been spot-on. My only very minor issues are: the amount of packaging (it could be a bit more environmentally friendly); and courier (DPD) delays on a couple of deliveries, which made me worry about perishable items (morcilla), although they always seemed to arrive OK in the end
