Recent purchase fraught with issues:- Delivery service missed the delivery window by several hours resulting in defrosted product.- Free gift as an incentive for spending £150+ not included in the delivery.- After confirming that this would be rectified over the phone, I received neither the partial refund for defrosted product, or the voucher to compensate for the lack of the gift until I followed up twice via email. Really interesting and great products available on this website, but I’ve completely lost faith in their delivery and aftercare should things go wrong. Not the sort of service you’d expect from a website that offers such premium products, and honestly, not worth the risk and time involved in rectifying issues.
