I moved to Brussels for my studies, I couldn't get a subscription without a resident card so I asked my friend to be a manager of my account. When it was the time to pay I couldn't access the invoice, nor did my friend. I didn't have access to the due date and other details about the payment. The only way to pay the invoice was to wait to receive a message from Base with the information. Once I didnt received it, and my service was blocked. I went to a Base shop and I explained them the situation, I paid extra 10 euro to reactivate the subscription and the worker made it clear that now he made me the manager of account and I can have access to invoices. A couple of days passed by and nothing changed. I went again to a different store, and the other guy helped me with that. Now I can see my invoices but every new bill is 10 euros extra for "reminder fee". In the Base app it shows that I have to pay 25 euros but when I open the invoice it says 50 euros. It's the third time I am paying extra for nothing, I came to Base because it was the cheapest option in the market, but now I have to pay the most expensive price possible in the market for the cheapest internet.
