On July 7, I ordered a package of iPhone XR + the data subscription. Until July 8, I never received the confirmation of my order while I checked it has been debited from my credit card for the amount of 549.00 euro. I contacted them myriad times: through facebook, phone and none of them know what they are doing and how to resolve the issue. After a week, the CS on Fb tells me that I should go to their physical stores instead. I went to the BASE store in Meir only for them to tell me that they couldn't help because they don't handle issue for orders that is not made in stores. I complained again to the CS on Fb and this time they told me to contact: onlinesimsupport. Another week passes by and still no solution.. That I ended up raising dispute through mastercards to cancel my payment. Really bad service and no one seems to know what's going on and until today (July 22, 2020) they still have not come back to resolve the issue. Avoid having problem with BASE, because it will remain a problem.
