The app shows my data usage in a very strange way. I bought 1 GB internet but it shows something like 15.47 and from the first day, it says your data is almost used up! Moreover, I tried to top up my simcard with €10 through the app but it showed a fail message and asked me to try again. I tried again but it showed the same message again. However, I realized that both the €10 were subtracted from my bank account! I contacted their customer service through the WhatsApp number given in the app, but they rudely said that they cannot do anything for me and that is how it is!! I am going to end using this app and their products. All a customer needs is care & respect, which cannot be found in their company.
