I'm a new customer for one month. Today they sent me an sms saying that my mobile service was blocked because I didn't pay the bill and suddenly I could not call, and I couldn't use the internet. But I didn't receive any information related to payments: no SMS, no mail even in the spam.Since I couldn't call them or use the app I could not check what the problem was or how much I had to pay. Finally the problem were 3 spelling mistakes in my mail address! So it was BASEs fault!!!I wonder why they send an SMS informing that the line is blocked but no prior SMS to notify the problem! They should call the client or at least use all possible ways of contact. Instead, they directly blocked the service!! which has caused me a lot of problems: online meeting absence, I couldn't call the doctor, time spent trying to solve the problem instead of working. I wonder if they are going to compensate me for all the problems this has caused me… In any case this is definitely not a good start!It is even worse! Now they charge me 10 euros for their mistake!! So I need to solve now this new administrative issue as well? this is a shame! As a clients we shouldn't let ourselves be treated like that!!!
