Expensive, unsatisfactory support, and slow delivery. My order was missing an item, and the support team requested pictures??? After using just 3 of the items in the bundle, I experienced significant hair loss due to terrible tangles and matting. A complete waste of money and time. I have a mix of textures, but my hair is thick and dense. I usually spend 6 hours detangling when washing and styling, but these products doubled that time as I tried to salvage as much hair as possible. Thankfully, I still have some of my old products, but even they couldn't completely remedy the situation. Never again.
