I ordered a bone-conduction headset which I received and paid for. They are of inferior quality with no base sound in them at all so I wasted my money really. Today I noticed that I've been charged for another AU$60 for subscription that I didn't know I'd apparently signed up for. (My original purchase was for AU$46) I contacted them on line and was told that they will cancel my subscription now but that money has already been taken so it is lost to me, and that I should have read the information more carefully. They tell me they sent an email to me saying I had until a certain date to opt out...but as I wasn't aware that I had opted in, I didn't think I needed to do anything. I have now read your site and found out that many more people have been caught by this scam. I wrote a cutting reply to the company.
