Purchased headphones on the 17th of April. Was immediately put on a monthly subscription and was charged $59 on the 5th of May. Have emailed and requested to cancel my subscription. Have not yet had any response. Note: to cancel subscription from Baskettop. Log into your account using details they emailed you. Navigate to the top of screen to the 3 small lines (next to trolley icon). Click on that and select "contact" then scroll down to "cancel membership", enter you email and password.
