I wouldn’t give it half of a star even. Just a big fat zero. They are unscrupulous. No business ethic. Bought bluetooth headphones 25 March. Received it two weeks later. Lousy sound quality. Doesn’t sit on/around ears. Too small, no adjustment on band whatsoever. Falls off easily. Schoolkid design at best. “Bone conduction” my foot! Sought to return it for full refund. Got fobbed off with the dumbest return policy: asked me to provide “proof” by “videotaping the “headphone’s sound”. Gobsmacked by such asinine idiocy. These are clearly defects. No thought given to the design. Cheap made-in-China gimmick. You couldn’t get more asinine than this policy. Con mercants. Obviously I have been cheated of my money and sold a dud and a scam. Not putting up with scammers like Baskettop.com You shouldn’t either. Avoid buying anything from Baskettop.com
