I have never ordered online from Bass Pro and never will again. I ordered a present for my Dad. It took forever to get to me. The item was the wrong size. I verified that I did in fact order the correct size on my shipping email. I called the customer service line and was on hold 15- 20 minutes. I figured at this rate if I did do an exchange it would never make it by Christmas. I hung up after about 25-30 minutes trying to get an exchange done. I finally gave up and decided to keep the smaller item and reorder directly from the manufacturer. It was about $10 less AND free shipping. I have no need for the other item but dealing with Bass Pro was too much work. Waste of time and money.
