I recently purchased a Lowrance chartplotter online. The unit I received was a display model and probably the very last one they had because it is no longer listed on their website. It arrived missing hardware and with the wrong power cord. The listing did not include any information that the unit was anything other than new. The unit does turn on and seems to work but had I known it was not new, I would not have purchased. I absolutely hate returning items and will be keeping this unit but would have never thought Bass Pro Shops would have done something like this. After reading some other reviews, add my opinion that online shopping with them has a risk factor that I will avoid in the future. 31 Oct 2024 - updateBass Pro Shops has contacted me and gave me a 15% credit since I am keeping the unit. Giving it a bump to two stars for customer service.
