I contacted the company to get service for a Lifetime Warranty that I purchased. Initial contact was February 15th. Today is Wednesday the 11th, and I was sent a customer service survey. In fairness, I missed one reply that was spammed. However In this span of time I have responded to every request for information they have asked for. I explained to them from the beginning that I dis not have my original order number. But I have the same name, provided the mailing address, and pictures of my device with the whole kit. After two several requests and providing this info, someone responded politely saying they could help. They sent me some tutorials to start with. I remained polite and helpful, reviewed the guides, performed the procedures, and they did not solve my issue. I informed them of this immediately two weeks ago. No response. Seems they are just hoping I’ll go away. I sent another email last week with all 3 ticket numbers they generated for me. No response. This company’s commitment to customer service and their communication are terrible. I would not do business with them again.
