I never received my package. I provided my tax info and they did not provide to DHL my package was sent back. I even paid for express shipping it was been long now and when I contacted bathmate rep they said I had to do fix this. This is unacceptable. I sent various emails and still no response. When will I get my product? Money back? I still need help. And none has been provided. Very bad experience!!!!!
