When the box was opened a week later, ONE ITEM WAS MISSING.I contacted the company and spoke to a staff member called Vinny, who initially said the issue would be passed to customer services. Instead, I received a GENERIC TEMPLATE EMAIL and was then called back and told — in an AGGRESSIVE AND CONFRONTATIONAL manner — that the company would NOT replace the missing item because it was not reported within 48 HOURS.This so-called policy conveniently allows the company to REFUSE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS MISSING FROM DELIVERY. No investigation. No goodwill. ZERO attempt to resolve an obvious failure at their end.If you do not open and inspect every delivery immediately, you apparently accept ALL RISK, even when items are missing on arrival. SHOCKINGLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR ETHICS. AVOID.
