Purchased a gorgeous rain shower and handheld shower combi last summer, ready for the builders to install in May 25. Unfortunately they threw away the fitting instructions, so later last year, when something went wrong I had no way of knowing what. I live alone and had to wait for my lad to visit, at which time he identified what he thought was the issue - a washer with a split in. I contacted the company explaining the situation, and they immediately replied informing me that this was how the washer was meant to be. They sent me a new set of fitting instructions, and amazingly even sent me a video of their own staff putting the rain shower head together ! Couldn't go wrong.I explained my situation, in that I lived alone, and was waiting for surgery on my back, so was dependent on my son helping me with this, and they were fully understanding and supportive.Had the Op in Dec and when my lad brought me home, he nipped upstairs and fitted everything back together - and realised that what he THOUGHT was the issue, was in fact not! The rain shower didn't work for the reason the 2 plates had burst apart! Once he's spotted the washer with what he thought was a split in, he hadn't delved any further.Bless them, I contacted the company when they re-opened in Jan, explained the situation now, and they immediately sent me a replacement rain shower head.In 10 days time, my lad will visit again and fit the new shower head for me, and I can't wait, as by that time the wound in my back should have fully healed and I can have a wonderful, proper shower!I have been astonished by the kindness and helpful attitude of the staff at this company, and I have been delighted by their exceptional customer service, as I have continued to contact them with what I thought was the problem, only to discover something else! They took it all in their stride,and other companies would do well to follow their example.I can absolutely recommend them.
