I ordered a bathroom tap replacement from Bathroom House over three weeks ago and still haven’t received any confirmation of dispatch or delivery. I’ve emailed several times to chase an update, but I’ve had no response at all.I understand delays can happen, but complete silence from customer service is unacceptable — especially after taking full payment.
