They change delivery times constantly and show up at your door WITHOUT the parcel. Then leave the package outside your house at 23.30pm in the rain whilst forging a signature to say you signed for it. They send the wrong colour out and it has been over 30 days, they have the parcel back and I have still not been refunded. They offered me £10 to keep the wrong item colour (I ordered white and they sent black) the black item is actually £20 cheaper than the white one and £10 works out at 4% discount of the item price. I am in the process of a credit card chargeback claim. Unreasonable company and google search shows they do the same to everyone. They are in multiple breaches of the customer rights act and still don't seem to care.Once they have your money they do not care. They use a courier called E-Logistix and they are TERRIBLE.I ordered via B&Q not realising it was supplied by Bathroom Bubbles/Bathroom 4 You otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.
