My whole dining room ceiling came through with water running into my electrics as they had installed an unsupported flexi pipe out of the back of the toilet and over time it collapsed causing a flood downstairs!After 2 years the plugs in the bath and sink are broke (and no this isn’t due to neglect or heavy hands - it’s down to cheaply used products) and the BLACK sink taps are no longer black as all the coating has pealed off!Further to this the solid pipe from the flexi (out the toilet) to the outside connection had backfall and constantly caused a blockage, twice I’ve had plumbers out to sort and after an additions £1000 to another contractor having to removed all the boxing in and fix the pipework and reinstate, it finally works the way it should do.Dont bother calling if you have any issues as they’ll just ask you to email which you don’t get a response to.I’ve gave 3 stars because the bathroom is actually beautiful but the workmanship and materials used have let this company down.Do better!!!!
