I ordered a shower tray from Bathroom Takeaway two weeks ago and heard nothing about the order. I eventually had to follow up myself to ask where it was, only to then be told that they actually don’t deliver to my area and there was nothing they could do except refund the money.This should have been flagged immediately when the order was placed, not two weeks later after I chased it myself. I’ve now wasted two weeks waiting for something that was never going to arrive and have to source an alternative elsewhere, delaying my project even further.Extremely poor communication and very disappointing service
