Fraudulent company

Bought a faucet and a shower head from this company on 2/11/2021 via Houzz.com. The faucet was advertised for 507.60 and the shower head at 933.60. Since, I inadvertently purchased only 1 faucet from Houzz.com. I called Bath Select about around February 19th to try to cancel or add to my purchase. I spoke to a Maggie. When she said, it was going to take another 3 weeks to get the additional faucet shipped to me, I told her just to cancel my order and to send a cancellation confirmation number to my email address. She said, she will notify the department. I called her again the next day, because I did not received any cancellation notice via email. The conversation was odd, it seemed like we have not spoken before. She then put me on hold to check the status of my order. When she got back on the phone, she told me that my order was already set up for shipment ( a lie i did nott know at the time) so since it was not too late to cancel my order I decided to purchase another faucet directly from bath select on 2/28/2021 for 508.36 with a discount code of 5.5% due to being a new customer, I was charged 480.40. A week after I spoke to Maggie, I was notified by 2/27/2021 ( I did not see this email) Houzz that our items were just shipped so technically speaking I could have actually cancelled my orginal purhase but I was mislead to think that it was too late. PLEASE NOTE!!!! my credit card has already been charged for all these items. I needed these items for our bathroom renovation. We were notified by Houzz.com that our items were going to arrived on March 3, 2021. For some reason the delivery date changed to 3/11/2021. On 3/12/2021, their Manager Elina Henry called me to tell me that they needed to charge me additional moneys for mispricing the faucets. PLEASE NOTE! Our credit card has been charged for a month now for a shower head and faucet purchased on 2/11/2021 and more than 2 weeks for another faucet charged on 2/28/2021. I told this manager that I did not agree. The price you advertised is what I paid for and you have to honor that price. Elina Henry told me that she is very verse in E commerce and she did not have to honor the price I was already charged on my credit card. First of, this so called fixture/e-commerce expert has no customer service skills whatsoever and was very condescending on the phone. I told her that I was going to give her a bad a review. She said she DIDN'T CARE. With all this chaos going on. We finally received, our package from houzz.com, Purchased date 2/11/2021. Our credit card was charged the full amount. The faucet is nowhere to be found only the shower head was in the package. BathSelect intentionally held on to our faucet we already paid for without any notification whatsoever (for a whole entire month). I told this manager Elina Henry that I wanted to speak to her manager. She said, she has no boss. Really? lol. A bathroom fixture manager has no boss?
