pleasant people at reception doesn't help you with the vets bills .. pushed to extortionate limits by the bath veterinary group ... Who are driven by The giant pharmaceuticals... Push for more meds and procedures in order to swell their coffers!!How is it that independent vets... Do not have the horrendous prices... That this Massive machine.... Rolls on with!!!The pet health plan..... What a scam .huge prices. . And increases..... I recently paid £31.99. And £22.99... increases for both cats... I paid ONE premium..... I need to change vets in order to afford vet visits etc And was told an exit fee ..even after only ONE payment . ....Is £60 per cat, 😡 What planet are these people on and how do they justify that!!!There is no care for the animals..... Ultimately... because they push people to give up.. their animals in droves!!They should be investigated... They should be fined..... They should be boycotted 😡
