Can't fault the cleanliness, politeness and excellent care. the young lady vet I saw was very caring and informative.When I got to the counter I thought I had missheard the receptionist when she told me how much I owed, I got the same treatment for 25% of this at my last visit to the practice in Peasedown St John before it merged with BVG. Sadly this is always the case in these situations, they develop the corporate greed mentality and now they seem to have a stranglehold on the immediate area. Does this mean families on lower incomes will have to deprive their children of pets?
