ok first of all.. they do seem to be more money orientated than caring for pets. but each time ive used them they have been nothing but lovely. last week i had to rush my kitty bambie to rosemary lodge on sunday 26th dec. was told on phone have to pay 156 quid. as my cat has insurance i did tell them that all i had to pay was the excess. yet they insisted before seein my pet.i had to pay. i went there at 10pm at night with my cat. she was seen late. but was seen. the vet i had spoke little english but knew what was wrong. i refused to take her home until she was better. she was there for 2 days.i had updates daily and she was not eating as she was terrified. in the end all i had to do was pay the excess and she was cared for.they are the best hospital for animals. when you lose a pet.they always send you a condolence card. they may be money oriented and want lots of money off you when insured.but would offer to put down pet if didnt. but they always put the animal first. one thing that is annoying.is that my vets is chapel in melksham. they chop and change their vets so many times that .before you get a chance to see same one each visit.its always a different one.that you have to keep repeating the problem each visit
