Ordered on 14 Dec. Emailed them 3 weeks after to check on order and was assured my item would arrive after 4th week. Still nothing after 7th week, and no update from them. When contacted on email they said needed more time to make or they can change the design I ordered. I requested for refund. Not sure if I will get it.
