I am a motorcycle owner. I very recently purchased a brand new Duracell battery from the Warminster Batteries Plus store. After two weeks of issues and problems caused by the "allegedly new" battery installation, we took the bike to our motorcycle professional who ran some tests on the battery (which I video-taped) and confirmed the "new" battery was dead and non-functioning. The Batteries Plus store owner, Art was rude and could not have cared any less, telling me "I will bet you any amount of money the battery works." Our motorcycle professional believes Art either was not truthful or does not know what he is talking about as their recent experience evidence this is as a somewhat frequent occurrence of late, with the Duracell batteries. After a lot of arm twisting and acrimony with Art, he finally agreed (as though he was doing us some sort of favor) to refund us the money for the non-functional "new" battery we purchased. We requested that he pay our other minor costs associated with the two plus weeks of effort trying to diagnose the problem (never thinking it was the new battery causing all of the issues) and the costs to install an "actual, new" battery. Batteries Plus (CEO, Scott Williams) and Art flat out ignored our request, could not have been ruder and was arrogant and accusatory. Do NOT buy Batteries and products from Batteries Plus. They sell defective products, "new" products that are not "new" and don't give a hoot about customers or customer service. Awful experience, just awful.
