I purchased a lithium battery ($120) 12/1/2021 (order 46405480). It is supposed to have a 36 month replacement warranty and at month 16 it is 100% dead and won’t take a charge. Bring it to the store to have them repair or replace and they keep it for two weeks w/o calling me. Then they say they can’t charge it so they will not honor the warranty. How does this make sense? I have a battery that won’t charge (zero physical damage) and ask for them to honor their warranty as it is obviously defective. They said they can charge it and therefore can’t test it so it voids the warranty. I have made several calls to corporate who just say they are waiting on the store manager to respond. They sell inferior products, do not honor their warranties, have poor customer service, and do not return calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
