I have ordered several times from this site. This includes both preorders as well as in stock items. Naturally a lot of the GW pre-order stock is subject to what they send but I like many reviewers have been let down on my most orders, having to constantly chase for updates on this order. I always look to support independent stores like this but I can unfortunately do this going forward.As with previous orders there was a delay and I consistently looked to follow up on this with messages through the site, and via email provided. I didn’t receive any responses which was frustrating to begin with but I followed up fortnightly, looking to ensure that I received the product. I noticed that the site was down for development and so I gave the benefit of the doubt that it may not be until after this I receive a response (6th December). Again I followed up but finally received a refund for the items but not for the postage (items that had not even been dispatched). The amount is minimal, but it is a really poor experience overall and I wished I had gone through reviews previous to purchasing.Better communication, more upfront about issues and ensuring correct refunds would improve this experience but I can’t see me coming back to shop here again any time soonz
