I had a really disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order for 3 items which all showed as “in stock” on the website. I received an email confirming my order had been placed, and that I would receive another email when the order was shipped.4 days later I had not received confirmation of dispatch, so I emailed the company to enquire how long it should take. I didn’t receive a reply.2 days later I messaged the company’s Facebook page, and rapidly received a reply. I was informed that one of the items I had ordered was not in stock and a refund issued, but that the other two items had been shipped 2 days prior. I was very surprised that there had been no email or similar notification to tell me any of this, as it was the main item of my order. The owner apologised and advised if I wanted a full refund I should refuse to accept the delivery when it arrived.I decided not to return the remaining items when they eventually arrived, but 4 days later received a text and an email telling me my whole order had been cancelled. This again was a surprise as the email said it was cancelled at “customer’s request”, which it wasn’t. I was therefore left in the situation of having to get the various items from alternative suppliers, and most frustratingly lost over a week in time that could have been better spent.
